Our Process.

Regardless of the size and nature of each project, our 5 phase process remains the same: Conduct Research, Clarify Strategy, Design Identity, Create Touchpoints and Deliver and Launch.

 

1. Conduct Research

In phase 1, we get to know your business: its purpose, vision, values, customers, competitors, strengths, weaknesses, competitive advantage, marketing strategies and future challenges. This forms the foundation of our creative process.


2. Clarify Strategy

In phase 2, we distil and synthesise learnings found in phase 1 to form an agreed-upon plan for the entire project moving forward. This plan is detailed in a creative brief and will act as a reference guide for the project.


3. Design Identity

In phase 3, we start the creative design process. It is an iterative process that seeks to integrate meaning with form and resonate with the brand strategy. Up to 3 final design outcomes are then presented via a PDF file for discussion.


4. Create Touchpoints

In phase 4, we create the touchpoints included in the project deliverables. A touchpoint is any place people encounter your brand, such as a website. This phase only begins once you have approved an identity design from phase 3.


5. Deliver and Launch

In phase 5, we deliver on what was agreed upon in your package and launch your new brand to the world, guiding you every step of the way. Once again, this phase only begins once you approve the various touchpoints created in phase 4.
