sb.design will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard property entrusted to us. In the absence of negligence on our part, however, sb.design is not responsible for loss, destruction, damage or unauthorised use by others of such property.
Although we may use our best efforts to guard against any loss arising from the failure of our suppliers, media, or others to perform in line with their commitments, sb.design is not responsible for failure on their part.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, including but not limited to prices, spelling, dimensions and distances. sb.design is not liable for errors or omissions.
A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required in advance, along with signed acceptance of an agreement put in place by sb.design. The customer must pay the remaining balance of 50% (plus any other monies for optional/additional work) upon completion of the project.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date on the estimate supplied.
Our standard due dates for payments is 15 days from when an inovice supplied.
If a written estimate/quote is not received or necessary, we will charge for time spent on any project at our current hourly or daily rate (available upon request) once the customer gives written or oral approval to commence work. sb.design's charges, hourly rates and daily rates are subject to change without notice, outside of any prior agreements.
All materials or property belonging to the customer, as well as the work performed, may be held as security until all just claims against the customer are satisfied.
If you are in breach of these terms or of sb.design's privacy policy, sb.design may as its option, suspend or block your access to this website and refuse to provide you with any further access to it.
This website is provided to you free of charge, and neither sb.design nor any of its subsidiary or associated companies accept any liability to you (except in the case of personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraud or as required by law) whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising out of it in connection with this website. sb.design accepts no liability for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages of whatsoever kind resulting from whatever cause through the use of any information obtained either directly or indirectly from this website. Your sole remedy is to discontinue using this website.
sb.design retains all rights in and to all initial designs. Preliminary designs shall remain the exclusive property of sb.design.
We reserve the right to photograph and/or distribute or publish for sb.design's promotional and marketing needs any work we create for you, including roughs, visuals, mock-ups and presentations, as samples for our portfolio, newsletter, brochures, presentations and website and entry for awards.
We will endeavour to store previous project files for a period of 6 months beyond the delivery of a job. After this period, we reserve the right to discard them without notice.
These terms may be amended by sb.design from time to time.
Your use of this website and downloads from it, and the operation of these terms and conditions, shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of this website.
If any or any part of the terms contained in these terms and conditions shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such term shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
